C | 小沈曾是一名患有双向情感障碍的青年。2015年，小沈进入闸弄口街道残疾人之家后，通过专业评估制定的个性化康复方案，一点点理清他的认知与情绪；2021年，他顺利通过杭州市第七人民医院的专业精神司法鉴定，依法恢复了独立民事行为能力。小沈在康复的同时还考取了助理社会工作师证书，如今以志愿者身份扎根社区，主动参与善Life公益助残街区运营，从“被帮扶者”成长为“助人者”。两个故事背后，是一张越织越密的服务网。近年来，闸弄口街道聚焦残疾群体高频需求，系统打造残疾人之家、AI“Te”经济中心、善Life公益助残服务街区三大助残阵地，形成从能力恢复到社会融入的闭环式助残服务圈。据悉，目前已有6位残疾人走上数据标注辅助性岗位。得益于基地政策，企业为他们缴纳五险一金后，每人每月到手净收入约2000元——这份稳定的劳动报酬，承载的不仅是经济价值，更是被社会需要的尊严感。在这里，数字浪潮不再是冰冷的代码，每一个曾被命运按下静音键的人，都在这个助残服务圈里，找到了属于自己的“音量”。
